With nearly 70,000 people living with HIV in Nepal, community and home-based care is vitally important to ensuring that all have access to care and defense against stigma and discrimination. This review details a national assessment of service models of community and home-based care across Nepal. The goal of the assessment is to use the findings and recommendations to guide future implementation and scale-up of community and home-based care services in areas of need.
